Combo box in Acess 2003

I'm currently creating a database for a travel agency firm in Acess 2003. I'd like to know how I can create a combo box where I select the "holiday Number" and the "holiday destination" and "holiday Price" fields are then subsequently displayed in the two fields below the "holiday Number" field. Currently, I can only manage to get the "holiday destination" and "holiday number" field results displayed after selecting the "holiday number" and not all 3 of the fields. For some reason, the "holiday price" field will stay blank. Conversely, in another form a combo box was created successfully where upon selecting a customer surname, the forename, customer ID and address fields where subsequently displayed.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, you've apparently updated to the SP3 service pack and it's buggier than the Great Dismal Swamp! One of the most common bugs reported involves comboboxes with disappearing data! The "disappearing" field(s) in the underlying table have some kind of formatting in place.

This is often the simple > used to force UpperCase. Remove any formatting from the fields and things should work short term, but the definitive solution is to install the hotfix for SP3. Here’s the link for the hotfix:
