Exporting Graphics from Access 2003

1
Is it possible to export a report to word and have it include the graphics that are in the report? I'd like to take some of our reports and export them to word so we can email those to the customer, but when I export, the logo does not.

I know this has been a problem and a question for some time, any solutions yet? I have tried some different things and nothing has been acceptable, other than manually going back into my exported reports and pasting my graphic. Has anyone tried it in 2007?

Thanks!

I don't use Access 2007 but I have seen people mention that you can export to PDF in 2007. Is a PDF an acceptable document to send?

Export the Report as a Snapshot (*.snp). You should then have a crystal clear, High Resolution Document with Graphics included. As long as the Recipients have Microsoft Office on their PCs, the Snapshot View will automatically Install upon first use. From what I understand, you may also be able to Install the Snapshot Viewer as an Independent Application. I'm sending you an Attachment that is the Catalog Report in the Northwind Sample Database exported to a Snapshot (Catalog.snp) Format:
