I am not sure about access 2000, but in Access 2007..you can press on Save As..then PDF...it will ask you if you want to save the object as PDF..say Yes..and you are done...

I dont know about the Merging thing on PDF..but maybe you can save all of the reports as Rich Text (word document), then copy and paste all of them together..and save the word document as PDF....to make the report Rich Text... create a macro, then choose in the action column OutpuTo..then from the buttom of the page,

Object Type: Report
Object Name: YourReport
Output format either Rich Text or PDF..

you can also add all the reports in one macro, but each will be in a seperate file....

hope this helps

Instiller installed for me when I installed Acrobat 8 Standard......do you have Acrobat 8 Standard? I know this isnt a code answer, but if you do you should be able to draw a box around the records then right click and choose "Combine supported files in Acrobat".

Sorry if this isnt what you were looking for.
