Create .pdf from Access 2007 with both access report & word document

I have a request to programatically create a .pdf file from within a current access application. The problem is that they want this one .pdf file to contain both an access report (created by the application) and a word document that resides in a folder outside of the application. I currently create some .pdfs for other access reports but I have not been successful in finding a way to add the word document to the .pdf programmatically. Any suggestions? Pulling hair out on this one!!
