I have a question in the

Property Sheet
Order by

How do you sort by two fields the main one is a figure like exaple is 100.00 then by last name.

You need to be more specific, I am not sure what you have and what you need.
I mean if you want to order by more than one field you just add that field to your SQL record source.

Example:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT * FROM Table_1
  2. ORDER BY FIELD1, FIELD2, FIELD3

I am using MS Access 2007 I am trying to sort by two diffenet colums the first one is by fee is grouped from 100.00 to 10.00 dollars then have the group sorted bye the lastname
