How to export column data from ms access to mysql databases

I have table in ms access named candidateinfo and this table contains five columns. i should export two columns to mysql database. please help me .

You can link to the MySQL table required and run a query to copy the data from one to another.

I can't be more help atm I'm afraid as there is so little information in the question, but that's the basic concept. It should be easy enough to progress from there.

If more help is required though, you will need to provide some information first.
