Adding the Results from IIF statements/expressions in Access Reports

I'm using MicroSoft Access 2007.

The report sorts by employee SSN (first sort) and then by member (could be employee, spouse or child) (second sort).

In the second sort I have created IIf statements that read:

IIF([SumofDeductible]<500,[SumofDeductible],[SumofDeductible]-500).

I want to add the IIF statement result for each family member to achieve a total for the SSN (first sort).

I cannot seem to make that work. Is this possible?

Can't do it based on the info provided because employee appears in first and second sort (overlaps) and because you haven't explained the relationship between the deductible and the sort.

Hi Dude.

Welcome to Bytes!

I think you will need to express your question a little more clearly. It's not clear what you're doing or what you want help with from your post.
