Access 2007 Report Bug

33
Please help. This is driving me around the bend.

I have a report that I OutputTo Rich Text format but my Percentage calculations do not survive the conversion from the report to the saved document. Please see:

Has anyone encountered this before? I have many other reports and they all save correctly with all calculations intact.

If you are looking for me, I'm chewing my desk pad in frustration.....

I haven't seen this problem, but here's a thought: Can you make the calculation a field in your source query instead of on the report? (if that is indeed what you are doing)

Have you applied the Office 2007 Update yet? There is also a HotFix.

ChipR, I am using queries to link multiple tables to get my data. I will try to create the calculation in my queries but they are already rather complex and any additions to the current queriws screws up my data. I will give it a bash though.

RuralGuy, I am running SP1, MSO (12.0.6320.5000). I will install the hotfix and see if this helps.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
