Hi Volex.

I'm afraid your question is very unclear.

However, I'm guessing you're looking at implementing some sort of application that manages sales and stock etc.

I can tell you there are a number of different ways to update values in a table when data is entered on a form. Without a clearer understanding of what you already understand it's hard to be more precise than that.

I will also mention, that it seems to me that the type of project you're considering is possibly a bit advanced for you if you need to ask such a basic question. I'm really not trying to put you down or be disrespectful. We all started as n00bs at one point after all. I merely make an observation. Related updates and multiple simultaneous updates, are not basic Access.

I'm afraid that further help is beyond my scope at this stage.

This is for both of the same reasons that I mentioned in my previous post.
  • Your posts are not clear. Your later posts are no more clear than your first one was.
  • It seems to me that this whole project is too complex for you to deal with. Whether it is a language difficulty or otherwise, you have completely ignored my previous post as far as I can see. It would be impossible to discuss any concepts other than the very basics without a far better level of communication.
Generally, we work on the basis of answering clearly stated questions. Generally of the form "I've tried to do this but I got stuck here with a particular error (including message)". Yours is so open ended and you're clearly not listening to me anyway, that I cannot see that I can possibly help you.

I suggest you check out our FAQ - How to Ask a Question for assistance with how to ask your questions in such a way that they are likely to be answered.
