Concurrent access

I am having problems allowing concurrent access to a database I have created. I have set up tools-options-advanced default open mode to sharing and with no locks. The database is found on a network drive. Can anybody explain how to resolve my issue.

I suspect you'll need to explain what problems you're experiencing first. I would recommend giving serious consideration to allowing multiple access without any locking though. This seems to be a request for problems (and you won't be disappointed).
