Report omits one record in this Database any idea why?

P: 19
Hello all!

I'm attaching a database I've constructed in Access 2003. I've got it almost all done, but I'm having trouble with a report the report is named ParishInfo. This report doesn't show the record for "Holy Family Parish, Citrus Heights". It's record number 60 in the ParishInfo form. Any idea why?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just checked it and it actually doesn't display five records in total. This is the oddest thing. I hope I can get an answer to this as I've spent quite a bit of time working on this project. I'd hate to have to do it all over again...

The underlying query for the report is not returning the information. This is because you are using inner joins on the tables in the query. With the inner join the parish information would have to be in all the tables before it would return a result. If you want all parishes to display, you need to do a left join onto the parishinfo table.

If you go into the query design of ParishesQry and right click on the lines joining the other tables to the ParishInfo table and select join properties. You will see that option 1 is selected. Change it to option 2.

Hope this helps;
