There really isnt much to installing an Access application, a question of putting the mdb file where it can be accessed (a shared drive / folder if it is to be used by multiple people).

That assumes that the Access software exists (developer or runtime edition) on the users pc. And any other software that it relies on.

Microsoft has Developer Extensions that include a Package and Deployment Wizard, which lets you set up installation of your application along with the Access Runtime if you need it. Though the 2007 version is available for free, I'm not sure if you can still get the 2000 version at all.
This link should help.
