multi page report from one table

How would you make multi page reports for a table with 40 columns so that only part of the info is shown with tabs, or buttons to see different sections of the report. i.e. name of facility, contact info, address, than tab/button to see, type of facility, various data, tab/button to see seperate section of report.

Hi. Reports are not forms; it is simply not possible within Access reports to embed clickable buttons or other intreractive controls which users could click on report preview to show/hide or expand/contract parts of the report.

I would suggest that when you use the word 'report' you need to consider alternatives, such as forms with embedded tab (page) controls, to display the data in a layered manner. As I think your question may arise from a course assignment of some kind I cannot give you more specific assistance at present.
