Backup of Outlook data via VBA

My current Outlook data is stored on the server in MS Exchange. I have
a local .pst on an external drive serving only as a backup.

Right now I do these steps manually to backup my current Outlook data
which is in MS Exchange Server here at work:
Step 1. Erase all contents from these 4 folders in my local .pst file:
-Calendar
-Contacts
-Notes
-Tasks

Step 2. Inside the Outlook interface, manually copy (via drag and drop)
-Calendar in Exchange to Calendar in .pst
-Contacts in Exchange to Contacts in .pst
-Notes in Exchange to Notes in .pst
-Tasks in Exchange to Tasks in .pst

Does anyone have an example of (perhaps via Access) I could automate
these two steps behind the click event of a couple of buttons on a form?
