My report displays correctly for the job selected but printsdetails for every jov in the table.

Customer details are kept in the Customers_table with CompanyName as the
PK.

Tasks_table has TaskName, RatePerHour, and TaskCode (Two letter code
indexed no duplicates) as PK.

Jobs_table has JobNum as autonumber for PK. JobName. CompanyName (PK for
Customer_table) and several other details applicable to jobs.

Time_table has SubFormID as autonumber for PK. JobName (PK for
Jobs_table), TaskCode (PK for Tasks_Table) and some date and time details.

Queries are: CustomerQuerie & Report_TimeQuerie

My invoices use the Report_TimeQuerie. The print preview for the report
is exactly what I want, the invoice displays the information belonging to
the job number. When I send the job to the printer it prints the
headings and information belonging to the job number correctly but all of
the details for ALL of the entered jobs for every job number then tallies
all the costings as if it was one job.

I have found that if I open the Report_TimeQuerie in design view and set
the criteria for JobNum to the specific Job number then it works
correctly.

How can I get that to happen automatically?
