Please show me how to add a Calculated Field in Pivot View?

P: n/a
I have a query in Pivot view.

My row is the Employee name

The column is the Vice President's Lastname (Total 10)

I need a sum of transactions by employee, by VP
and then a grandtotal by VP

The purpose to show much work my department is doing for each VP.

I'm stuck on adding calculated field in pivot view. Help does not show
syntax

Thanks

Steve

Maybe you can present the data as a report instead.
