Hi Sheldon,

You are close in your table design but need to make a small change.

ID DateFld Open_Close
123 7/1/2008 O
123 9/1/2008 C
...

Keep all the Date values in one Column. In a third column you would
identify if it is open or closed with a code like O for open and C for
closed. Then you can use a crosstab query to put these values on one
line. You may have to add another field to your table depending on how
you want to group your data.
