Trouble closing Access 2002, window stays open (using class modules)

Hello,

I have an application written in Access 2002. The problem is, when I close
the App, even if I click the X in the upper right hand corner, the app
flashes and stays open. It never used to do this, but the only thing that
has changed is the introduction of a VB6 active x dll. I"ve looked through
the code in the DLL and in the application and don't see anything that isn't
set to nothing before the application is closed.

Am I missing something or is there another reason that could cause the
application to act this way?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
Rick
