FormSize and First form to show

Hi,

I am new in access and I donít know how should I define which form is the first form in my application.
When the user open the application I want to show them my welcome form. And I donít know How can I change the size of my welcome form I donít want it to be maximize when they run the application.

Goto Tools - Startup and under the Display Form/Page select your "welcome" form. Since it's the first form to show, it should show at whatever size you have it fixed at.
