Need Help With Multi-Page Columns in MS Access Report

Hello,

Does anyone know how to create columns that (potentially) span
mutliple pages in an MS Access report?

For example, imagine a 4 column HR Phone List sorted by Last Name. The
number of people with last names beginning with "A" exceeds the space
allowed in the first column of the first page. I want the list of the
"A" names to continue on the second page, rather than spilling into
the second column. Then, the B's should start in the second column of
page 1, and so on.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
