Auto Fill A Continous Form Based on a value in an Unbound Text box

P: 1
I have a Form with a collection of subforms (continous) Each subform is one Calendar Day. I have three unbound text boxes on each subform first is txtEnrollers this number is input by the user. txtCount =Count(*) the last one is txtOpenAppointments =(([txtEnrollers] * 23) - [txtCount])) Which Gives Me the number of open time slots for that day. The subform Contains 4 four columns
[CTRL NUM], [APPT TIME], [BIOMETRICS STATION], [APPT DATE]
Now for the question I would like my subform to autofill the [APPT TIME] and [BIOMETRICS STATION] stations based on the value in [txtEnrollers] This would leave the [CTRL NUM] Blank and easy to identify as open appointment.
I appolgize for the length of the post I am a newbie :)
