Combo List

P: 1
I made a combo drop down list of names in a field on a form. The drop down list appears when I click on the field but when I select the name I want in that field it appears on every record in the form. How do I make it to where I can select a name that will only appear in that field for that record only?

This is normal behavior for an unbound control! The combobox has to be bound to a field in your underlying table/query. In the form's Design View, select the combobox, then goto Properties - Data and in the Control Source Property select the field you want to store the combobox selection in.
