The simplest way, if you're running Access 2000 or later, would be to use
Conditional Formatting from the Menu. Goto Format - Conditional Formatting
and enter this
Expression Is DateDiff("ww",[YourExpDate],Date())<=2
Substituting the actual name of your textbox for
YourExpDate
Then set the Back color to red. You'll probably want to set the font to bold;
a red back color tends to make reading text difficult.
