Text Box Help

Hello,
I have three fields that holds expiration dates in a text box. I would like
to be able to change the back color property to red when the expiration date
is two weeks from the system date. The records will be populated in a form
by way of a query.
Please help.

Take a look at conditional formatting in the Help file.

The following expression will give you the date for two weeks after the
system date:
DateAdd("ww",2,Date())

The simplest way, if you're running Access 2000 or later, would be to use
Conditional Formatting from the Menu. Goto Format - Conditional Formatting
and enter this

Expression Is DateDiff("ww",[YourExpDate],Date())<=2

Substituting the actual name of your textbox for

YourExpDate

Then set the Back color to red. You'll probably want to set the font to bold;
a red back color tends to make reading text difficult.
