textbox to listbox emergency need within 2 days

i have a view form where all patient information is there, my problem lies here there a fieldname of diagnosis where it is in a listbox you cant type anything here because it is locked that's why there is a edit utton that will go to diagnosis form where the diagnosis field is in textbox. i want all diagnosis display as a table not as one paragraph that separated by comma. i want that the value i write there will be shown in the diagnosis at view form and in the table when i click save button... hope youn could help me..

I just sure hope your listbox is bound to a table that contains the data included in the list. if it does, all you need to do is create a form with a DataSheet as the default view and bind it to the same table. Have your Edit form include this
so users can edit or add items to the list box.

you can also program a Double-Click Event on the listbox that pops up a form that gives you a datasheet view of the table where the list box is bound to.

I would have thought common sense would dictate that special care should be taken in phrasing the question if it is time-critical.
