Fetch a record from the access database

P: 1

I have created a table named as "SLA_tracking_sheet" in access and created a form SLA_tracking_form using the same table then I made another form as "First" in which I am adding a textbox and a command button.

what I am looking for is If some value is entered in the textbox and clicks on command button I want then value should be searched in "SLA_tracking_sheet" table and the SLA_tracking_form should be populated with the values. But the problem I am facing is as this Visual Basic feature is already added to MS Access 2007 we dont have to create any connection.

Please anybody help me out on this. I am very new to this so please make it a bit in details.

Thanks and Regards,
