Embed ODBC Drivers in a database

Is it possible to have an ODBC Driver be loaded on to a computer when the database is launched?

Firstly you have not explained what you are trying to do and why. Your one line question is much too vague for anyone to attempt to answer.

odbc drivers are normally pre-installed and as such are available to the application. If you have some particular set of circumstances where the odbc driver needs to be installed by the application perhaps you could explain this so the experts can address the issue you are having.
