Here are the specifics of the Report which I am to create.
Reports for Callers - from Begin Date to End Date of Reporting Period
and by respective County:
* List Language preference of Callers - Top 4 languages and their
respective totals.
* Age Range of Callers - (18 yrs and under, 18-24 yrs, 25-44 yrs,
45-64 yrs, greater than or equal to 65 yrs) - And their their
respective totals.
* How Callers heard about us (TV, Newspaper, etc.,) - And their
respective totals.
* Where the client was referred (Public Health Dept, etc.,) - And
their respective totals.
I am having a hard time getting started on this. Previous reports have
bits and pieces of the information I require.
1)Any suggestions on getting started on this report?

2)Lastly I am to create a Summary Report (specifics below) which I
quess I can use Running Sum to create?
Summary report
ľ Total number of callers
ľ Total number of age ranges
ľ Total number for each preferred language
ľ Total number for how they heard about us
ľ Total number for where they were referred (include people who called
in for brochures and were referred to another agency)
ľ Total number for information given
ľ Total number for professional and non professional callers
