Add Photo to a Form through a link/path to a folder

P: 2

I am using access 2003, and know nothing about VBA Codes. However, I would like to know how to add photos (e.g employee photos) for each record on a form without using the ole object. I would like to click on a command button like Add/Change and I would like it take me to a folder on the computer where I can select each photo, add it and the photo must change for each record (path to the image).

Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
