Pulling through the same text into each report

Hi,

I am using Access 2003. I would like to be able to set up a text box
or label that I can pull through as the footer for reports. In this

Is there a way of calling a function which will incorporate the same
text into the footer section of each report in which I include that
call?

Thanks,

Franc.

Build a form that launches the report. In that form, you simple place a text
box in which you enter data ("same text").

In fact, it could be a text box right in the customer table.

then, in the report, simply place a text box on the report, and set the data
source of the text box to your prompt form.

eg:

forms!NameOfForm!NameOfTextBox

And, likely you could/should place a button on this "prompt" form to launch
the report...
