have something on form that shows all records

107 100+
Hello,
I have a form in microsoft access. I enter one record at a time.
I am wondering is there anyway to have on the form something that shows all the records also- There is only going to be 7 total. Then once 7 are entered in 7 days -They will be deleted and started over the next week?

I thought I could have a list box open and it would show every record no matter what record I have open - but cannot get that to work
Thank you,
any ideas?

What happens to the data after the 7 days. Do you do some kind of summary reporting, or store the sum of the 7 days into another table?

Because if that is not the case, the simple way to accomplish what it is that you're doing is to simple create a single record that has all 7 days in it, then have those fields update that one record, then that would support multiple people having there 7 days at a time.

Then you would have the option of adding additional 7 days at a time.

Hope that helps,

Joe P.
