Sending specific reports via email automatically

Hey everyone, hoping someone could lend me a hand here...

I'm trying to create a button in a form that will automatically send an email with a report. However this report can vary depending on the results you want displayed. When the form opens you need to fill a form indicating the supplier and client and date reange so the list of orders will appear. What I'm trying to do is have a SendObject action that will already have a To and Subject and everything but instead of being the same recipient and subject and cc all the time, I want to be able to input these every time I click the button. In other words have another little form pop up when I press the button to fill this information out. What code or macro could I write so that the To, Subject, and all those fill out according to a form? And is there a way to have access make a report in PDF format?? or just the usual excel, or RTF, or all the options it normally gives....

I would really appreciate some tips here and maybe an example of the code if possible.. thank you!

See this link for a free download demo mdb containing a form designed to send outlook email.

For pdf output see this link to Steve Lebans free Access to PDF converter if you have any Access version between 1997 and 2003. If you have Access 2007, pdf is natively supported.
