Is it somehow possible to increase the font size of the ControlTip text in
Access 97 ?.

Yes, but it effects all Windows programs.

Right-click on an empty portion of the Windows desk top.
Select properties.
Select the Appearance tab.
Click on Advanced.
Find ToolTip in the drop-down.
Set the font size.
Click OK and Apply
