displaying search values in a form

i have a form with a dropdown values when a user select and click the search button i need to display information on another form based on the selection i've created an onclick in my search button and put this code:

the query in my SearchResults form it's select all from table1 based on the selected value:WHERE (((dbo_Journal.ClientCode)=Forms!Form1!Combo5));

but when i click the button it doesn't work nor return any errors
