Combo Box Wizard gone missing?

I am in Access 2003, and while I dont use Wizards for much, I have
always found the combo box wizard to be handy.
Previously when I dropped a combo box on a form (or a command button
for that matter) a wizard would automatically appear. This no longer
happens. I went through the Options tabs and could not find how to re-
enable this. Anyone out there know how?

Thanks

Open a form in design view and look at the toolbox. Underneath the Arrow
symbol is a button which is supposed to look like a magic wand with sparks
coming off it. Click that once and you'll have switched on the control
creation wizards, of which the combo wizard is just one.
