Creating an MDE file causes a #NAME? error to occur on some desktopsin multiple user env

The application was built in Access 2000 and upgraded to Access 2002
and currently runs on desktops with Access 2002, 2003 and 2007 in
multi user environment.

The MDB file executes the expression fine without error yet the MDE
file displays a #NAME? error in the textbox
on some of the desktops, I can not determine why the expression fails
on only some of the desk tops. The date settings all appear to be the
same

the expression is -

=[CustomerId] &
IIf(IsDate([LotReceivingDate]),Format(Right(Year([LotReceivingDate]),
2),"00") & Format(Month([LotReceivingDate]),"00") &
Format(Day([LotReceivingDate]),"00") & IIf([LotReceivingSeqId]=0 Or
[LotReceivingSeqId]=1," ","-" & [LotReceivingSeqId])," ")

Used to append the year, month, and day to a customer id and put a
dash and sequence number at the end if the sequence number is greater
than one.

I am new to Access and user forums and apprciate any help you all may
provide.
Thanks
Rick
