Solving the #ERROR flag

Ben
What is the other alternative in fixing the problem where the bound columns
display "#ERROR" values?

I was able to fix this problem by calling the "Refresh" statement/command in
the form. But now this causes the form to run slow when creating new
records because it runs the form twice.
