Command for MS Access Report printing that will include days.

I have been asked to develop a database that will hold all the records for mails in the department that I work with.
I am using MS Access and having problem to print a report, say weekly of all the incoming and outgoing mails. It can only work for that particular record that is displayed but i want the report to print out records, say weekly. How can I do that?

Waiting for your replies.

Thanks
