HELP! Made changes to a form and application will not open

I made some minor code changes to a form (not the main form), closed the app and when I try to open it, my main form will not open, I have a blank screen. I also tried going back into the form I changed in design view and it will not open that way. I am able to look at all the other forms in the application in design view. I have done a compact and repair, still can't open the form.
I used a backup copy of the application and imported the form I made changes to into it.... it broke this one as well, it will not open.
I have never had this happen before and not sure what how to fix. Any ideas? I don't want to waste time trying to rewrite all my code changes.

I guess the first thing to try is to create a blank database and import everything into it. This will sometimes resolve the issue if it's corruption. Also, anytime you're trying to get help on things like this, it's a good idea to give the Access verison and service pack you're running.

I suggest you dig up your backup copy, then import items across into it from the new version until it stops working again.

If you save at each stage you should be able to revert to the stage just before it failed, then you will need to continue from there.

It may be possible to grab some individual items from the corrupted form, but save regularly in case one of them corrupts your new database.

Proceed carefully and try to get an understanding of what caused the problem so that you don't go the same way next time you try it.
