Inventory Management

Friends,

I am making an inventory management system for my office.

I have 3 tables namely;

Recd_Items
Item_code - FK
Item_Recd - Numeric

Issue_Items
Item_Code - FK
Issue_Qty- Numeric


Item_Master
Item_Code - PK
Item_Desc - Text
Item_Rol - Numeric

The problem is when an user is requiring more than one item. For eg.
If I am filling up a requisition form for the following items:

One Pen
One stapler
One Glu stick
etc.

the user wants to make an entry for these 3 items together, rather than making entry 3 times for the same user. I hpe I am able to make u understand.
