Problem with a Chart's Data Table Displaying Data

P: 3
I have created several bar charts in MS Access using query results to provide the data for the chart. I added data tables to the charts to show the actual values. My problem is that one of the fields in the data table continues to display a number with several decimal places showing (i.e., 7.120000054). The query field that provides the number displays the number with 1 decimal place (i.e., 7.1), which is what I'm trying to get the data table to do. I have tried using the "Round" function in the query field to eliminate the trailing decimal places but with no luck.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

Try formatting the Row Source of the OLE Oblect Frame containing the Chart. In the example below, the Data Series will be formatted to 1 decimal place [Round(Sum([Amount]), 1)]:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. TRANSFORM Round(Sum([Amount]), 1) AS [Total Amount] SELECT [Month] FROM [qryChart]   GROUP BY [Month] PIVOT [Fruit];
