Updating MS Access Memo Field

I need to update the memo field in the access table. I have unbound form frmNewEntry with two text boxes [txtNewEntry],[txtID] and one command button cmdSave. Usually the user opens the frmNewEntry to add new information when s/he presses cmdSave the content of [txtNewEntry] is added to the memo field [Communications] of the table tblMasterOrders whose record ID equals to the value in [txtID]. Furthermore I need additional information added as well; Current user and time and date with line break as in example shown below.

Received a call again from a Mr Jack complaining about our products, the complaint escallated to support dpt, waiting for action plan.

So guys, that is the snag I am facing, your assistance will highly appreciated.

Bellow is the code I am using but i am getting errors

Format(Now(),"mm/dd/yyyy h:nn AMPM") & vbCrLf & _
GetUsername() & vbCrLf & _

We need to know what error(s) you're receiving. Also, GetUserName() is not a standard Access function, so I think we need to see the code for this function, as well.
