Ok, I'm kind of confused by your wording.

Are you asking for a way to track what users do in your database after logging in, so you can pull up a history of their activities?

Or are you asking for a way to present users with options for them to choose from? Like a switchboard menu?

Either way, you'll need to be a bit more specific on what you are presenting them, and what you hope to accomplish.
