Has anyone set up FedEx integration within an Access Database?
I'm looking to:
1. If you clicked a tracking number in a form, then it would take you
to the tracking page with the results from that number.
2. If you click a customer name in a form, then it would create a new
slip to print and send today.
I'd like to do this within Access, as now it takes the users having to
copy down numbers and then access FedEx, then track or print a new
slip.
ANY help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Mike
I don't know if this will work or not. Some testing will tell you.
Let's say a link is like
http://www.fedex.com/tracking?client...mewhere+Street
Each time you go to the fedex site those values change but some are
always static. If so, then you have the map to parse out the values you
want to create a hyperlink string. The 3, 25, 08 are the date, the
others the street, etc.
Once you've built the string do an application.Followhyperlink or some
method to go to the link.
