Link from one database to tables of other database

Hi,
I am trying to Link one MS Access database to the tables of a second
MS Access database using Tools-->Database Utilities-->Linked Table
Manager.

I receive the error "Method 'List' of Object 'IFieldListWnd' failed"

I have been successful in doing this before, but do not understand why
I can't seem to do this, this time?

Thanks for your ideas!

Figured it out. For whatever reason, I must first open the application
MS Access 2000. Following this I must open the first Access database
via the application MS Access 2000 and then proceed to linking the
first Access database with the second Access database.
