force pivot table view from control button

form to view in pivot table view is based on query. form default view
is pivot table and will function when the form is opened directly. The
problem is that when the form is opened from a control button, it
defaults to the form view

Why not have the control button run a macro that opens the form in pivot
table view?

Why not have the control button run a macro that opens the form in
pivot table view?
Why create a macro? All that's required is to change the
docmd.openform call to change the second argument to acFormPivotTable
