Old Data Base New Data Need to Purge?

I have an older Database of personel records that I need to completely purge, but keep all of the current macros data and relationships. Is there a command line or code that will simply remove all of the stored data in the input fields for the DB while maintaining the integrity of the previous commands and macros? I understand that you may need to know all of the previous macros and things of that nature. If there is a simple command that will do this please help me out, if you cannot do so without more information please let me know. I have to be a little careful as to what I post though as some of the code has to do with our network.

Oh, silly mistake, the database is written in Access 2003, and we are as a company still using the same software.
