Hi,
I'm having a bit of a brainfreeze on this one, I'm sure it's not difficult but as sometimes happens my logic centres have all shut down. Perhaps it's a Monday thing.
I have a query in Access 2003 that results in headings of [Company], [January], [February], [March], ... ,[December].
It gives me a list of companies that my company deals with and then in the month-named fields either "A", "Z", or "Both". Each company will have an entry in only one of the monthly fields, so if CompanyA has "both" under [March], there will be nothing in any of the other fields.
"Both" indicates both "A" and "Z", and for the purposes of a report I need to run a maketable query such that where a company has "Both", the company is listed twice, with "A" under that month for the first instance, and "Z" for the second.
If anyone can help me with how to achieve this I would be very grateful
Thank you
