Complaint re: Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy (violation of rules
against USENET spamming) made to news server and mail server. Spammer
advised by copy of this post to read the newsgroup FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm to verify that they are in
violation of the charter of the newsgroup -- because it does not, as would
be required by USENET rules, specifically allow posting of unsolicited
advertisements.

As there is an "02" on their gmail address, it would appear that they have
already had at least one account cancelled for violating gmail's TOS and
AUP. It would seem that if they are intelligent enough to be recruiting,
they would also be intelligent enough to know that spamming newsgroups is
not going to be a productive recruting ground. But, I guess it takes all
kinds...
