Hi. Northwind is an example database provided with Access to show applications and underlying VB code for many of Access's features. It is intended to help with understanding of what Access can do and how to do it. It is not provided as an actual ready-to-use application, nor would it be licensed for such use.
Database design is a specialist task, and as each customer's requirements differ in many subtle ways it is almost impossible to provide database templates off-the-shelf except for relatively small-scale applications such as contact lists.
I'd suggest you start by reading up on relational database design, then buy a good book on developing Access applications if you wish to go this route. Northwind is not the answer.

I know i need to use access for using this. But when i open the file it opens up the whole MS-Access, It having various forms, and that also can be used after opening MS-access. Cant we open these forms directly like an application.
I think for this i have to use programming lang?
I am familier with C#.net.
But will need some answer,
a) do i have to create from scratch, or can save my efforts with some tools who can do this.
b)How to use the reports presents in DB, there is tool in Visual Studio crystal reports, can this help me.
Or any suggestion how I start/create my application
