Apply Filter

I have a form with 5 or so input fields for someone to enter data in, however I don't want each person to view all the data in everyone's test. Only the data for their test. Is there a way to have a filter set up that every time a person opens the form it will only show the test they are working on. So, they can't edit or see anyone else's data. Is there a way of doing this. I tried some with macros but I haven't used them before and can't seem to get them to work properly. And filter by form doesn't seem like it does quite the trick I am looking for, Can anyone help?

My field I am trying to filter by is Test_ID and the number of the test 1 thru 35.

You don't really give much information as to your situation, but to answer your question directly :- Yes, it can be done.

It does depend on how you want to filter or restrict what's shown, but with the right data available the job CAN be done. Example Filtering on a Form should give you an idea of the basics.
